POLYNESIAN SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Guests make their own way between the two locations.
- Polynesian Spa is open daily, including public holidays, from 9am to 11pm (last entry at 10pm).
- Free parking available on site.
- Swimwear is required. Towels and lockers are included with Deluxe Lake Spa. Swimwear, towels and lockers are available for hire in other areas.
- Beer and wine are available for purchase on site. Alcohol must not be brought into the pool area.
- No time limit for bathing.
- Pavilion Pools are for ages 12+. All other areas welcome families.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Bathe Smart: take regular breaks, stay hydrated, avoid soaking if unwell and follow all onsite advice.
- Changes to the Whakarewarewa portion of your combo must be made directly with Whakarewarewa. Polynesian Spa is responsible only for the spa component.
