Whakarewarewa - The Thermal Village is located in the beautiful city of Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty, which is situated in the central North Island of New Zealand.

Rotorua is a comfortable 3 hours drive from the Auckland International Airport & 1 hour from Hamilton International Airport.

 

From Rotorua City
We are approximately 5 minutes south of Rotorua City, located on the Southern end of Tryon St, signposted on Fenton and Sala Streets.

From Rotorua Airport
We are approximately 10 minutes from the Rotorua Airport; head west on Te Ngae Road towards Rotorua City and take a left turnoff onto Sala St.
